TESTING: Gemstones both tested with non-invasive, non-marring method of course - the gold and diamonds have been tested and confirmed as genuine both my myself and Ebay's jewelry authenticators. The centerpiece of the ring is a bit of a mystery to me - I initially assumed it was tanzanite, of course, given the intense and unique coloring. It initially gem tested in the sapphire / ruby range for me with my at simple hobby level testing equipment (It isn't glass at all or would have tested as such). But upon being sent to Ebay's authenticators - is came back as "not tanzanite" ... frustratingly enough with no other helpful additional information. So - to avoid a repeat, unhappy customers, etc - I am just going to call it what it is in its simplest form - a blueish purple focal gem as pictured. It has strong tanzanite coloring - but it could also be iolite, purple sapphire, or even a sophisticated lab or synthetic. Your guess is as good as mine (or better!) on this interesting little number. Gorgeous white gold and diamond ring either way

CONDITION: Good vintage condition - one of the 6 side diamonds has a very small surface divot or crack type inclusion and a tiny dark speck inside (I can only spot either when using 10x magnification).
